What a place. We showed up at the restaurant and the waiter popped open our bottle of persocco. We ordered the 5 service tasting menu and we were not disappointed. The scallop entre was amazing. Perfectly seared and tender . We then had a fish course . The fish was tender and super flavorful. Then we had the pasta course stuffed with duck and mushrooms. Very good. But a little bit of a bitter aftertaste. Still very very good. The meat portion although small was tender and the seared foie gras was a revelation. Amazing from start to finish. The dessert was amazing a mi cuit of chocolate with strawberries. Amazing. One gripe unfortunately tables are super close together so it was pretty noisy and the dining room was very hot 25 degrees. But really apart from that it was an awesome experience. Great job. Our servers were great and super nice. 3h experience and totally worth it.

Convoluted equals $$$$ but not necessarily great tasting food. It's the second time I've been there and it's the second time I've been disappointed. The dishes are nice to look at but there should be more attention to seasoning than just presentation. So much work goes into "pommes pavées" it really should have more flavour than just fried potatoes. Some elements in my plate were hot while others were barely warm. Desserts were good at least but, by themselves, not enough to bring me there again. Sorry for such an ordinary review considering that you work very hard. Edit: The service was good, servers quite pleasant.

We visited Le Géraldine for the first time to celebrate my wife's birthday. Since we had an early start at 5:30 pm, we were given seats by the window with a nice atmosphere, and both my wife and I were very happy. Thanks to Le Géraldine, we were able to spend a wonderful night. One thing that bothered me a little was that I ordered Bouef 58 with foie gras as my main dish, but the way the beef was cooked was not to my liking, so I think I'll try something else next time. But the foie gras was excellent. My wife's Terre&Mer56 looked delicious. The dessert was perfect, and the bilingual waitress explained the dishes very clearly and was friendly. It's also a good idea to bring your own wine. I booked our next visit and headed home.

OMG! I have no words. This was the best food I ever ate in my entire life. The tasting menu was worth every penny. It really is an experience. The attention to every detail is unreal. The cherry on top is that its BYOB! Will definitely go again!

We ordered the tasting menu and I have no words. This was a culinary experience. The price seems steep but it's worth every penny. I do not like game meat because it usually tastes gamy but this was some of the best food I ever ate in my life. So much thought and technique went into the planning of this meal. I love the creativity that went into it, the flavours complimented each other perfectly. My compliments to the chef, we will be back.

Absolutely delicious, the dessert was a little too sweet! But the place still deserves. 5 star! Simply wow

Great dining experience! All dishes ordered were unique and delicious! Service was good. The only recommendation I have is that staff should be bilingual as not everybody who wishes to dine there understands the descriptions of the dishes in French and they should be able to explain them in English.

Great place if you want to try something new and different. Food is good, fresh and tasty. BUT it aint cheap ! So if you’re on a budget don’t go there. BUT the money if worth the quality of the food. You can have duck, wagyu, filet mignon etc. Service is great. You feel welcomed. If you have any questions they are here for you. They can adapt plates to make them gluten free.

Welcome to Le Géraldine, a culinary gem nestled in the charming streets of Saint-Eustache, Quebec. Known for its innovative approach to French cuisine, this restaurant offers a memorable dining experience that combines artistic presentation with a flair for flavor. Located at 163 Rue Saint-Eustache, Le Géraldine invites food enthusiasts to indulge in a thoughtfully crafted tasting menu that promises to delight the senses.

Many diners have raved about the exceptional quality of the food at Le Géraldine. One guest, Richard Audet, shared his excitement over the five-service tasting menu, highlighting the perfectly seared scallops and tender fish, each dish bursting with flavor. The creativity shines through the pasta stuffed with duck and mushrooms, although he noted a slight bitterness, which did not overshadow the overall excellence. The meal culminated in a delectable mi cuit of chocolate paired with strawberries, described as “amazing.” However, a caveat emerged: the cozy atmosphere often leads to noise and warmth, suggesting that while the dishes are outstanding, the environment could be more comfortable for a leisurely dining experience.

While the flavors often take center stage, patrons like Irene Veronica voiced concerns about the balance between visual appeal and seasoning. She emphasized the need for dishes like their pommes pavées to deliver on taste as much as they do on aesthetics. Despite her mixed feelings about some offerings, she acknowledged the pleasant service, which seems to be a consistent theme among reviewers.

Interestingly, a visit to Le Géraldine can also cater to personal celebrations, as evidenced by Shigeo Inoue's special dining experience for his wife's birthday. With attentive service and delightful dishes like the Terre&Mer56, the couple reveled in the special ambiance, earning Le Géraldine a repeat visit. The fact that diners can bring their own beverages adds a unique touch, enhancing the personal dining experience.

For those who appreciate an artistic and experimental dining adventure, the tasting menu has garnered effusive praise from others, including a diner who proclaimed it the best food they've ever had. The attention to detail and creativity in dish preparation solidifies Le Géraldine's reputation as a must-visit for food lovers.

As you consider your next meal, let Le Géraldine transport you into a world where culinary art meets passion for flavor. Experience the delightful confluence of quality ingredients and exceptional craftsmanship in every bite.
